In 2001 I was asked to put together a Mind, Body, Spirit weekend for Palazzo Terranova, Umbria, Italy www.palazzoterranova.com

I gathered some ideas together and came up with a plan that included a fabulous goody bag. Part of that bag was a booklet containing all sorts of information on various new age topics. Since then it has grown and expanded and taken on a life of it's own.
